Okay, romance lovers, listen up! This book is pure sunshine and rainbows wrapped in a witty, small-town package. Ethan and Riley’s banter is seriously delightful. I was laughing out loud one minute and swooning the next. Ethan, with his city-slicker charm, is the perfect foil to Riley’s fiercely independent spirit, and their chemistry is intense (even without the steamy scenes!). This book gave me all the warm and fuzzies; it’s the literary equivalent of a warm hug and a cup of hot cocoa. I’ve officially found my new book boyfriend in Ethan – sorry, not sorry! It’s the perfect cozy read for cuddling up by the fire, and I know I’ll be picking it up again whenever I need a guaranteed mood boost. If you’re looking for a sweet, feel-good rom-com with a guaranteed happily ever after, look no further – this is the one! My kind of therapy.

This is a sweet best friend’s brother, small town fire fighter romance. Well-developed characters that you will fall in love with and root for their happy ending. The author does a great job developing the realistic and relatable characters. This story is well written and will draw you into the characters emotions. You feel all their angst and love.
